Where can I find photographs of the event?

If you saw someone was taking photos with professional camera equipment at one of our shows, they are either a part of the tour crew hired by the artist performing or a photographer granted a photographer pass by ourselves.

If they have been granted a photographer pass by ourselves, you will find the photos on our Instagram and our the office By Design Cymru website here.

You are welcome to download and use the photographs from By Design Cymru.

I have lost something while attending one of your events, what can I do?

If you have lost a belonging while attending one of our events, please contact the venue you lost your belonging in, only the venue will be able to assist with this.

Where can I find accessibility access information?

If you require accessibility support for an event, please contact the venue the event is hosted at and they will be able to provide the information you require and help with any enquires about this.

If you need help finding the venue contact details, please email us at accessibility@bydesign.cymru and we will be able to provide details and get you in contact with the venue. When contacting us to enquire about this, please reference the show you are wanting to attend.

How can I request a refund?

We do not offer refunds on any tickets sold; all ticket sales are final.

Where can I purchase tickets?

We use a range of ticket providers depending on the type of event or venue we use.

You can check out what upcoming events we have one by clicking here, locate the event you wish to attend and click on it to visit the event page and once on the event page click the button stating  Get Tickets.

Event has been cancelled; how can I refund my ticket?

When the event has been officially cancelled you will be sent instructions from the ticketing outlet you purchased your tickets from on how to obtain a refund.

Event has been rescheduled, are my tickets still valid for the rescheduled show?

Yes, if a show has been officially confirmed to be rescheduled then your current ticket will still be valid for the rescheduled show.
